Wellness and optimal health is the birthright of everyone!! Wellness does not know supposed race, color or how much money one makes. Currently everytime I turn on the TV or look at a newspaper it is talking about the R-word. I am releasing the need to say it, because I know that the Universe and God will provide everything that we each need if we allow it to. When we get caught up in our ego and self-centeredness we block out the Universe from giving freely to us.
